Karen Laurence’s19 years of experience working in the real estate  industry has provided her with a vast reservoir of expertise focusing  on : first time home-buyers, luxury  purchases,  foreclosure & short sales, divorce selling situations and New Construction. Presently a Sales Associate with Keller Williams Realty, Karen has forged a reputation of achieving consistent yearly record results in residential closings throughout her career. Besides her past achievements in the real estate business, Karen held professional licenses as: Technical Real Estate Instructor, Real Estate Agent, Mortgage Broker, and Notary Public.

                                              

An involved member of the community and a networking professional, Karen is a member of the Delray Chamber of Commerce, the Women’s Council of Realtors, Center for Business & Professional Women, The Builder’s Institute, and LIBOR. She also works with the Arts Council and the Nassau County Museum of Art.  

Karen Laurence participates in various teaching and mentoring programs aimed at helping educate professional women, and men, about real estate. Karen received her B.A. from The University of Miami where she majored in Psychology and Minored in Mass Communications. Prior to starting her real estate career, Karen held teaching and management positions with Huntington Learning Centers and the National Association of Professional Women.
